Fire Chief’s Message

I want to welcome you to the new official web site of the Courtland Fire Protection District. Our website contains valuable information about our district and our community.  I hope you will take the time to explore the different areas and links.

The Courtland Fire Protection District relies on the strength of 22 volunteer firefighters, who serve a residential population of more than 2,700 citizens.  We operate from two fire stations to provide services to a geographical area of over thirty-three square miles. That service area includes residential, commercial, and rural areas.

Our district provides the following services: Fire suppression, Emergency medical services, Vehicle rescue, Hazardous materials mitigation, Public education, and Fire safety training.

I am proud to lead this district as we strive to improve the services we provide our community.  To accomplish our mission, we need your support and understanding of our operations. I hope that our new web site contributes to building an even better and stronger partnership between us. If you have ideas that you believe would further enhance our website feel free to contact us at anytime.
