District Profile
The Courtland Fire Protection District (CFPD) is an organization comprised of over 22 volunteer firefighters protecting an area which spans over 33 square miles.
We provide fire protection services for over 2,700 citizens living in the rural areas of southern Sacramento County. We also provide mutual aid assistance to the Cosumnes CSD Fire Department, Walnut Grove Fire District, and Sacramento Fire Department. Over 22 uniformed volunteer firefighters are stationed in two fire stations in Sacramento County.
